If you are buying through NDIS or supported funding
Svelte supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS purchasing where funded and appropriate to the participant’s plan.
If the plan is self-managed: the participant or their carer can purchase directly through the Svelte website. Keep the invoice or receipt and follow the participant’s usual NDIS self-managed claiming process.
If the plan is plan-managed: contact Svelte with the participant, order and nominated plan manager details. Svelte confirms the participant, order and plan manager details with the nominated plan manager before dispatch. Once the nominated plan manager confirms that they manage the participant and will process Svelte’s invoice, Svelte prepares and dispatches the order to the nominated delivery address. Following delivery, Svelte sends the GST-free invoice electronically to the nominated plan manager for payment.
