First-order protection applies to your first Svelte order, whether it is a one-time purchase or an Ongoing Delivery order. It does not reset with each recurring order.

Eligible unopened packs from that first order may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy

How does ongoing delivery work?

Select Ongoing Delivery when ordering and choose from the available delivery frequencies. Future orders are then processed automatically according to your selected schedule.

You can update, pause, skip or cancel future deliveries through your account before the next order is processed

Is shipping included?

Standard shipping applies to orders of 1 to 3 packs. Free standard shipping applies to orders of 4 or more packs, including Ongoing Delivery orders.

Additional delivery charges may apply to selected remote postcodes and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Can I pause or cancel my ongoing delivery?

Yes. You can update, pause, skip or cancel future deliveries through your account before the next order is processed. There are no cancellation fees.

When will I be charged?

Payment is processed when each scheduled order is created. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt following successful payment.

Can I make changes to my ongoing delivery?

Yes. You can update your delivery schedule, quantity, address or payment details through your account. You can also pause, skip or cancel future deliveries before the next order is processed.

Changes made after an order has already been processed will apply to the following scheduled order

What if my order has already been processed and dispatched?

Once an Ongoing Delivery order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The order will be delivered as scheduled.

Any update, pause, skip or cancellation will apply to future orders that have not yet been processed

Do ongoing delivery orders follow the same returns policy?

Ongoing Delivery Terms

1. How ongoing delivery works

Ongoing Delivery is optional and is never selected automatically.

When you choose Ongoing Delivery, you select your preferred delivery frequency and authorise Svelte to create and charge each recurring order to your selected payment method until you pause, skip or cancel future deliveries.

Ongoing Delivery costs $39 per pack.

Standard shipping applies to Ongoing Delivery orders of 1 to 3 packs. Free standard shipping applies to Ongoing Delivery orders of 4 or more packs.

An additional delivery surcharge may apply to selected remote postcodes and will be shown before payment.

The price shown when you create your Ongoing Delivery applies at that time. If the product price changes, we will notify you before the new price is charged. You may update, pause, skip or cancel future deliveries before the next order is processed.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Any changes will apply to the following scheduled order

 

2. Billing and payment

Payment is processed automatically when each scheduled Ongoing Delivery order is created.

You will receive an order confirmation and receipt after a successful payment.

If payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and may retry the payment. The order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

If payment remains unsuccessful, the affected order may be delayed or cancelled and your Ongoing Delivery may be paused until your payment details are updated

3. Managing your ongoing delivery

You can manage future Ongoing Delivery orders through your account. You can:

  • pause or resume deliveries
  • skip a delivery
  • change your delivery frequency
  • update your quantity
  • update your payment or delivery details
  • cancel your Ongoing Delivery

Changes must be made before the next order is processed to apply to that order.

Once an Ongoing Delivery order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Any changes you make after that point will apply to the following scheduled order.

4. Pausing or cancelling

You can pause or cancel future Ongoing Delivery orders through your account without a cancellation fee.

Changes must be made before the next order is processed. If you pause or cancel after an order has already been processed, that order will still be delivered and charged as scheduled.

A pause will apply to future scheduled orders until you resume your Ongoing Delivery. A cancellation will end all future scheduled orders after any order already processed.

5. Changes to product or pricing

If we change an Ongoing Delivery product, its price or the applicable delivery terms, we will notify you before the change takes effect.

Changes will apply only to future orders and will not affect an order that has already been processed.

Before the change takes effect, you may update, pause, skip or cancel your Ongoing Delivery without a cancellation fee.

If you take no action, future orders will be processed under the updated price or terms from the date stated in the notice.

6. Returns and first-order protection

Ongoing Delivery orders are subject to the same Returns & Exchanges Policy as one-time purchases.

First-order protection applies once, to your first Svelte order, whether that order is a one-time purchase or an Ongoing Delivery order. It does not restart with each recurring order.

Eligible unopened packs from your first order may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used packs cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

7. Availability

Ongoing Delivery orders are subject to product and size availability.

If an item in a scheduled order becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. We will not substitute a different product, size or quantity without your agreement.

You may choose to:

  • wait for the item to become available
  • change the affected order to an available option
  • skip or pause the order
  • cancel the affected order

If payment has already been processed and we cannot supply the order within a reasonable timeframe or you do not wish to wait, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

Any pause or cancellation of the affected order will not attract a cancellation fee.
