What is Svelte?
Svelte makes breathable, lightweight pull-up continence underwear for adults managing bladder leakage. It is designed to provide a softer, less bulky and more underwear-like wearing experience while supporting comfort, discretion and everyday movement.
Why Svelte was created: Svelte was created after founder Elizabeth Anieto observed that many continence products prioritised maximum absorbency while comfort, breathability and everyday wearability received less attention. The product was developed after reviewing and wear-testing options from Australia, the United States, China, Europe and India. Manufacturing was selected in Japan for material quality and construction precision. Early development samples were also shared with continence nurses, clinicians and allied health professionals for feedback.
The Svelte Standard: comfort first, fully breathable, made for movement, a fast-absorbing core and crafted with precision.

Who it is not designed for
Svelte is not designed for people who need maximum-capacity overnight protection, extended uninterrupted overnight wear, very high-volume overnight support, mostly bed-based care or support for regular or unpredictable faecal incontinence.
Svelte sits between lighter everyday options and bulkier high-capacity overnight products. See Where Svelte Sits below for further explanation.
Products
Svelte Pull-Ups are the current product line. They are pull-up absorbent underwear with tearaway side seams, soft raised flexible leak guards, an adaptive stretch waistband, a fully breathable outer layer extending to the waist, a fast-absorbing core and integrated odour control.
They are made without PFAS, added fragrance or lotion, contain no natural rubber latex and feature a topsheet that has been dermatologically tested for skin contact.
Svelte has a real-world working capacity of 500 mL. This is a conservative practical measure rather than a maximum laboratory absorbency figure. It is not a guarantee of individual wear time. Performance varies according to fit, output, activity and change routine.

Where Svelte Sits
Continence products are designed for different needs, wear patterns and changing routines.
Svelte sits between lighter everyday options and bulkier high-capacity products. It is designed to provide everyday absorbent support in a breathable, discreet pull-up format, with a real-world working capacity of 500 mL.
Svelte is designed for repeated leaks and bladder releases between changes during everyday wear. It may also support light overnight use when changed as required, depending on individual output, fit and changing routine.
For very high-volume overnight needs, extended uninterrupted overnight wear or situations where changing is not practical, a dedicated higher-capacity overnight product may be more suitable.
Ongoing Delivery
Ongoing Delivery is Svelte’s optional recurring delivery service. It is available from 4 packs at $39 per pack and includes free Standard shipping for eligible ordinary postcodes. Customers actively choose their delivery frequency and payment is processed at the start of each cycle.
Customers can update, pause, skip or cancel through their account before the next order is processed. No cancellation fee applies. Once an order has been processed and dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled.
First-order protection applies once per customer whether the first order is a one-time purchase or an Ongoing Delivery order. It does not reset with each delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Svelte currently delivers within Australia only. Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, workplaces and supported accommodation settings.
Standard shipping applies to one-time orders of 1 to 3 packs. Free Standard shipping applies to one-time orders of 4 or more packs for eligible ordinary postcodes. Ongoing Delivery is available from 4 packs and includes free Standard shipping for eligible ordinary postcodes.

Returns & First-Order Protection

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where consumer guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
First-order protection applies once to a customer’s first Svelte order whether it is a one-time purchase or an Ongoing Delivery order. Eligible unopened packs from that first order may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery.
For multi-pack first orders, customers are encouraged to open one pack first to check the fit before opening the remaining packs.
First-order protection does not reset on repeat orders. Other eligible returns are handled under the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
NDIS & Funding (Australia)
Where appropriate, Svelte continence products may be purchased using self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding through Core Supports: Consumables.
Svelte supplies continence products only. It does not provide clinical services, assessments or therapy and does not assess eligibility, approve funding or determine clinical suitability.
Self-managed participants: Order directly through the website as a standard purchase. An NDIS participant number may be added to the invoice if required.
Plan-managed participants: Contact info@getsvelte.com.au with the participant’s name, NDIS number, plan manager details and order information. Svelte confirms the participant, order and plan manager details with the nominated plan manager before dispatch. Once the nominated plan manager confirms that they manage the participant and will process Svelte’s invoice, Svelte prepares and dispatches the order to the nominated delivery address. Following delivery, Svelte sends the GST-free invoice electronically to the nominated plan manager for processing and payment.
NDIA-managed participants sometimes referred to as agency-managed: Svelte does not currently process NDIA-managed purchases directly.
