Continence Consumables at a Glance

Svelte can accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS orders where continence consumables are funded and appropriate to the participant’s plan.

Svelte is not an NDIS-registered provider and does not claim NDIS approval. Svelte cannot currently process orders directly where the relevant part of the plan is NDIA-managed, sometimes referred to as agency-managed.

Svelte supplies pull-up continence underwear for everyday wear and light overnight use when changed as required. Product suitability will depend on individual needs, output, fit and changing routine.

Svelte provides product supply only. We do not assess NDIS eligibility, approve funding, confirm reimbursement or determine clinical suitability.

Product Overview

Svelte is comfort-led pull-up continence underwear designed for everyday wear.

It may also support light overnight use when changed as required, depending on output, fit, comfort and changing routine.

Another product format or a higher-capacity overnight product may be more suitable for heavier overnight output, uninterrupted overnight wear, ongoing or unpredictable bowel leakage or mostly bed-based care.

Sizes & Pack Options

Medium (M): 75–130 cm waist or hip measurement, 10 pieces per pack
Large (L): 100–140 cm waist or hip measurement, 9 pieces per pack

Measure around the widest part of the waist or hips and use whichever measurement is larger.

Ordering & Invoicing

• Svelte supports plan-managed NDIS orders.
• To arrange an order, please provide the participant’s name, NDIS number, delivery details, plan manager organisation and email address and the product size and quantity required.
• Svelte confirms the participant, order and plan manager details with the nominated plan manager before dispatch.
• Once the nominated plan manager confirms that they manage the participant and will process Svelte’s invoice, the order is prepared and dispatched to the nominated delivery address.
• Following delivery, Svelte issues a GST-free invoice electronically to the nominated plan manager.
• The nominated plan manager processes the invoice in line with their usual payment process.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or secure payment link using the details provided on the invoice.
• Standard shipping applies to orders of 1 to 3 packs.
• Free Standard shipping applies from 4 packs for eligible ordinary postcodes. Ongoing Delivery is optional and available from 4 packs and includes free Standard shipping for eligible ordinary postcodes.
• For selected regional, remote or high-cost delivery postcodes a different delivery rate may apply. Any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before dispatch.
• NDIA-managed orders cannot currently be processed directly by Svelte. Participants, nominees or support coordinators may contact Svelte for general product and ordering information.
