Where we ship
Svelte currently delivers to addresses within Australia, including residential addresses, workplaces and supported accommodation settings.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed after payment has been received.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer and we will aim to keep you informed of any significant delay.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping applies to one-time orders of 1 to 3 packs. Complimentary standard shipping applies to one-time orders of 4 or more packs.
Ongoing Delivery is available from 4 packs and includes complimentary standard shipping.
Additional delivery charges may apply to selected remote postcodes and will be shown at checkout before payment.
Returns, exchanges and first-order protection are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
These timeframes are a guide only and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Delivery issues

Authority to leave
Some deliveries may be left in a safe place where permitted by the carrier. Carrier conditions and any available delivery instructions will apply.
Address accuracy
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, an additional delivery charge may apply before it is sent again
Discreet packaging
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging.
Orders containing multiple packs may arrive in more than one parcel.
