Frequently asked questions

How do I know which size is right for me?

Measure around the widest part of your waist or hips and use whichever measurement is larger.

Medium fits a waist or hip measurement of 75–130 cm. Large fits 100–140 cm.

If your measurement falls within both ranges, Medium may provide a closer fit while Large may feel more relaxed. You can also use Find Your Fit for additional guidance.

What should I know if I have sensitive skin?

Svelte uses soft-touch materials and its topsheet has been dermatologically tested for skin contact. Svelte is fragrance-free and lotion-free. It also contains no natural rubber latex.

Individual skin needs can vary so Svelte cannot confirm suitability for sensitive skin. If you have a known skin condition or ongoing irritation, consider discussing product choice with an appropriate health professional.

Can I use my NDIS funding to purchase Svelte products?

Svelte may support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants where continence consumables are funded and appropriate to the participant’s plan.

Whether a purchase can be claimed depends on your plan, funding and individual circumstances. Svelte does not assess NDIS eligibility, approve funding or determine clinical suitability.

We can provide product information, GST-free invoices and receipts to support your records or plan manager review.

What's the difference between pull-up and tab styles?

Pull-up continence underwear is worn like ordinary underwear and may suit mobile and semi-mobile adults who can pull the product on and off independently or with assistance.

Tab-style briefs fasten at the sides and may be easier where changes are completed while lying down or where more assistance is required.

Svelte is a pull-up style product. The most appropriate style can depend on mobility, care routine, output, fit and individual needs.

Do you offer ongoing delivery?

Yes. Svelte offers optional Ongoing Delivery for customers who would like regular orders without reordering manually each time.

Ongoing Delivery is available from 4 packs at $39 per pack. You must actively select Ongoing Delivery and choose your preferred delivery frequency when ordering. It is not selected automatically.

Ongoing Delivery includes free Standard shipping for eligible ordinary postcodes. Selected regional, remote or high-cost postcodes may show a different delivery rate at checkout.

You can also choose a one-time purchase instead.
